Description
This product combines two of the radiodiagnostic tests offered by Centro de Mama de Tenerife for the detection of possible pathologies in patients; mammography and densitometry.
Densitometry makes it possible to measure the density of calcium in the bones in order to detect osteoporosis early and determine the risk that patients have of suffering a fracture.
On the other hand, mammography is the only approved test for detecting breast cancer, the most prevalent among women in Spain. This diagnostic test is very useful since it allows the detection of this pathology before symptoms begin to appear.
